Transport for NSW (TfNSW), through its Digital Engineering Framework Program, needed a better way to connect emerging technologies with reliable structured data and improve project delivery and asset management across the lifecycle. Willow Inc, using WillowDigital™ and Digital Engineering services, was engaged through the TfNSW DE Panel to help review and develop the new standards and documentation for the TfNSW Digital Engineering Framework.

Willow Inc worked with TfNSW agencies and operators to improve CAD, BIM, and asset classification standards, address variations in current practices, and provide gap analysis and specialist advice aligned to global best practice. As a result, TfNSW achieved a clearly articulated digital engineering vision, a strategy aligned to business and stakeholder needs, trusted advice through strong engagement, and new opportunities to add business value, with DE Framework releases launched in September 2018 and February 2019.
