Grocon engaged Willow Inc to support The Ribbon, a major redevelopment of the existing IMAX site at Darling Harbour in Sydney. The project’s challenge was its scale and complexity, combining a 5-star hotel, serviced apartments, retail, offices, an IMAX redevelopment, and extensive public domain works in a highly constrained urban location. Willow provided WillowDigital™ Architecture and WillowDigital™ Engineering to help deliver digital engineering, documentation, and BIM services.

Willow Inc implemented construction documentation, model coordination, BIM execution planning, digital progress reviews, coordination workshops, and site services throughout delivery. The result was a “virtual build” that improved construction methodology, enhanced safety, enabled stronger collaboration, and helped mitigate the project’s extreme complexity.
