Willow Inc implemented WillowRail as a digital twin and rail asset management platform, giving Strukton Rail a single view of asset performance, fault tickets, and available maintenance resources. The solution enabled real-time communication between control centre staff and mechanics, with electronic updates, ETA/ETR visibility, GPS navigation, and safety information; helping Strukton Rail move from reactive to preventative and predictive maintenance and work toward 99.9%+ network availability.
