Investa Property Group, one of Australia’s leading commercial real estate companies, needed a better way to find accurate, up-to-date building documentation and manage ongoing changes to “as built” designs and tenant fitouts. It engaged Willow Inc, using WillowDigital™ Engineering and WillowTwin™ Platform, to improve access to building information and support real-time updates.

Willow Inc implemented a digital strategy that included BIM consultation, data modeling and auditing, plus a cloud-based platform that combined models, data, geometry, and live sensor data into a single dashboard. As a result, Investa gained a single view of live, static, and geospatial building data, could easily locate documentation, and could update records in real time to reflect building and equipment changes.
