Cross River Rail, the Brisbane rail infrastructure project spanning 10.2 km with twin tunnels and new underground stations, needed a way to improve design coordination, reduce construction risk, and manage complex information across multiple consultants and phases. Willow Inc implemented existing-conditions 3D modelling, cloud-based design coordination, 4D analysis, and digital handover support, helping the team align design and construction activities and prepare asset information for handover. The result was higher coordination accuracy, fewer site surprises, improved program certainty, and better support for as-built updates and future operations.
