Acuiti, a provider of management intelligence for the derivatives markets, needed to modernize its business-critical WordPress website and add new features without disrupting its live platform. Their challenge involved working within an existing codebase and required a safe way to deploy changes, culminating in a complex project to migrate all site forms to HubSpot without losing data. They engaged vendor WildPress for ongoing WordPress development.

WildPress implemented a custom deployment workflow across WP Engine and GitHub for safe updates and successfully migrated all forms to HubSpot. They built a direct HubSpot API integration so the Acuiti team could easily search for and add forms without manual copy-pasting, and they added per-page conversion tracking. As a result, the entire form estate was moved without disruption, the team gained clearer conversion data, and the process for managing forms was made straightforward and error-free. WildPress continues to handle ongoing development for the site.
