Austin Contact Center Alliance on Growing Member Community

Austin Contact Center Alliance (ACCA), a Texas-based non-profit association for contact center professionals, needed a simple, easy-to-manage website and membership platform to grow its community, simplify event registration and payments, involve volunteer board members in content updates, and make sponsor sign-ups easier. To address these challenges they partnered with Wild Apricot to power their membership site, online event registration and calendar features.

Using Wild Apricot’s membership management and website tools — including online event registration, a calendar, payment processing and a straightforward admin interface — ACCA launched a clean, easy-to-navigate site that board members can update and that supports on-the-spot sponsorship signups and member-to-member forums. The result: ACCA now serves over 750 members (with a 1,000-member goal), ran two sold-out events in three weeks, increased member engagement through the calendar and forums, and gained additional reach identified via analytics.
