Trilogy Funds, a premium non-bank lender and funds manager, faced significant operational challenges as it grew. Following a corporate restructure that increased the number of entities, its legacy MYOB system could not efficiently handle complex intercompany transactions and manual monthly consolidations. This lack of automation and detailed reporting was inefficient and threatened to increase operating costs. They sought a new solution built on a Microsoft platform to gain control and support future expansion, leading them to the vendor Wiise.

Wiise implemented its ERP solution, which was built on the Microsoft platform and integrated seamlessly with Trilogy's existing Dynamics CRM. The new system automated intercompany transactions and consolidations, provided granular financial reporting through PowerBI dashboards, and brought all entities into a single, controlled environment. As a result, Trilogy significantly reduced its month-end deadlines, became more efficient, and avoided the need to hire additional administrative staff to manage their growth, allowing them to reinvest in the business.
