Airbus Helicopters worked with Wiiisdom to support its transition from a centrally managed SAP BusinessObjects BI environment to a self-service BI model. The company needed to give business users more autonomy to create and refresh reports while maintaining data security, document integrity, and control over costs.

Wiiisdom implemented 360Suite, including 360Eyes and 360View, to strengthen backup and recovery, review and adapt security roles, and monitor platform usage and performance. The solution helped Airbus Helicopters structure its self-service rollout in phases, improve restore and rollback capabilities beyond the native recycle bin, and gain BI-on-BI visibility into heavy or slow reports so the team could respond more proactively to user needs.
