Yogya Online, the Indonesian grocery mart brand under Yogya Group, was expanding its online presence while transitioning into digital marketing. With limited resources, no central campaign dashboard, and challenges in managing promotions and customer journeys, the company needed support to grow subscribers, improve acquisition, and drive retention. Wigzo Technologies implemented personalized push notifications, smart on-site behavioral nudges, email marketing automation, and WhatsApp campaigns through custom drag-and-drop workflows. The result was an average conversion rate of 5.14%, with a peak e-commerce conversion rate of 9.36% and 8,006 online orders since implementation. Yogya Online also gained 3K new subscribers via push notifications and 1.4K new subscribers through email, showing measurable growth from Wigzo Technologies’ automation solution.
