Widewail implemented its "Invite" SMS-based review generation solution across all Koons locations. The results were a 633% increase in new review volume within three months, a rise in their average Google star rating from 4.2 to 4.5, and a decrease in negative reviews. In total, Widewail's system successfully sent 67,820 text message review requests to achieve this impactful growth.
