A Wicket Case Study
The Cleveland Browns, an NFL team, sought to reduce long ingress wait times and streamline operations for fans and staff at their stadium. They partnered with vendor Wicket to implement its Express Access solution, utilizing facial recognition technology for ticketing, payments, and credentialing.
Wicket's solution enabled express entry lanes and frictionless facial payment systems for fans, in addition to secure access control for staff areas. The results included a four-fold increase in ingress speed, transactions that were twice as fast as traditional payments, the scanning of over 25,000 credentials in a season, and the processing of 35,000 staff access entries per month. The system significantly improved the fan experience and operational efficiency for the Cleveland Browns.
