SwissGear, working with Whoville, needed help building a strong market position and go-to-market plan for a new brand in a highly competitive retail category. The challenge was to create a recognizable identity and retail presence that could help the brand stand out across campus and travel channels.
Whoville developed the strategic positioning, design language, and retail assets for SwissGear, then extended the brand into new products and channels. The effort helped turn SwissGear into a retail juggernaut, growing from $0 to more than $90 million in less than 10 years, while also supporting additional Swiss brand extensions such as SwissOne and Wenger.
