A multinational financial services corporation (>$20B revenue) and the region’s most valuable financial services brand needed a secure live‑chat channel for online consumer banking. Their challenge was to deploy an identity‑validated, PCI‑compliant chat that integrated into web, logged‑in portal and mobile app environments, supported English and Arabic (including numeral formats), and complied with Middle Eastern hosting and regulatory constraints.
We delivered a bespoke identity‑validating live chat with custom UI and features: on‑premises hosting in Saudi Arabia plus a dedicated cloud server in Bahrain, private staging for testing, CRM and dashboard integrations, real‑time English↔Arabic translation, and credit‑card masking across alphabets. The solution enabled verified‑customer chats, met PCI DSS and data‑protection requirements, preserved the client’s branding, provided enhanced remote control and insight, and was deployed within a four‑month timeframe.
