They needed to automate the process of updating WHOIS registry details and required a solution to integrate this data into their Salesforce platform.

WhoisXML API provided its web service, which was integrated with Salesforce by Princeton Innovators to create the Whois Connect app. This solution automated the monitoring process, enabling IEEE to receive automatic alerts for upcoming domain expirations.
