Northeastern University (NEU) worked with Whitlock to upgrade its Boston visitor center so it could better engage the 70,000 annual visitors. The university wanted a modern, polished environment that supported direct, two-way communication throughout the facility without disrupting the architecture or interior design.

Whitlock implemented interactive video walls, a central staffed lobby meeting area, a flexible auditorium with a widescreen backdrop and easy control systems, and additional communication zones across the building. The result was a model visitor center that gave NEU multiple ways to share information and engage guests, while keeping the technology integrated seamlessly into the space.
