Zuijl en Weerd, a long-established operator of filling stations, faced a significant challenge in manually processing its growing volume of purchase invoices. This self-learning system automatically reads and recognizes invoice data, transferring it directly into FuelOffice and linking the digital file to the corresponding entry. The solution from Whitevision resulted in enormous time savings, eliminated manual data entry errors, and drastically reduced the need for physical filing space.
