AC Borst Bouw, a construction company specializing in renovation and maintenance, was facing inefficiencies with its legacy digital invoicing system. The process involved invoices being sent overseas to be manually retyped, causing significant delays. The company sought a more efficient procurement invoice processing solution and found Whitevision through a recommendation.

Whitevision implemented its scanning and recognition solution, which was later supplemented with its Line Recognition module. This allowed the company to process XML, PDF, and paper invoices quickly and (mostly) automatically into their KRAAN financial package.
