LeasePlan Go, a LeasePlan initiative targeting the small fleet market, faced the challenge of moving from a B2B corporate-fleet model to a B2C marketplace—requiring major cultural and branding change, a shift away from a direct sales force, and implementation of new workflow systems to support intermediaries and a self-service channel. LeasePlan selected White Clarke Group to provide a web-based, end-to-end sales processing solution built around its CALMS, Catalyst and ICE applications and a Business Process Automation Engine.

White Clarke Group delivered a bespoke web front end covering the full lending lifecycle—prospecting, quotation, application entry, credit scoring, work queue and document management, contract activation and retention—enabling users to originate, adjudicate and document transactions in minutes. The solution integrated with CRM and drove quotes into LeasePlan’s Salesforce system via an SOA approach; LeasePlan Go is now live in Spain, Portugal, Germany and Norway (with Greece planned), giving LeasePlan faster processing and a competitive market roll-out.
