GE Capital engaged White Clarke Group to consolidate nine disparate finance systems and cut IT servicing costs for its large leasing and lending business (portfolio value about $1.5 billion, over 300,000 active contracts, ~160 users). The primary challenge was unifying front-end quoting/application tracking and lease/loan administration across a broad dealer network in Australia and New Zealand while improving operational efficiency.
White Clarke Group delivered a combined solution—Quote & Application Tracking System and Lease & Loan Administration System—along with project management, analysis & design, programming, testing, QA, Oracle RDBMS consultancy, documentation and after-hours remote support. The implementation improved commercial deal throughput and reduced headcount by over 100 FTE; the systems remain live, although subsequent acquisitions by GE Capital reintroduced additional legacy systems.
