FCA Automotive Services, previously FGA Capital, chose to bring its retail finance operations in-house and establish a greenfield Retail Sales Center. They engaged White Clarke Group to provide strategic consultancy and implement the CALMS Contract Management System, requiring a fully integrated end-to-end solution that would tie into the front-office platform and be tailored, tested and staff-trained within a nine-month window to support new business from 1 January 2012.

White Clarke Group delivered a customized back-office CMS integrated with its front-office platform, supported by global centres of excellence (including the Australia team), and trained FCA staff to new processes. The project went live on time and on budget, enabling a fully captive finance operation and handling peak volumes of more than 8,500 contracts in a single month — a clear, measurable demonstration of the solution’s capacity and rapid deployment.
