BAWAG P.S.K. Leasing, one of Austria’s top five lease finance companies with more than 30,000 clients and over 65,000 contracts, needed to extend its domestic lease-management capabilities across new Central and Eastern European markets. The challenge was to manage diverse products (asset, automotive, real estate, fleet and white‑label finance), multiple subsidiaries and channels, and to consolidate multi-country reporting and administration. To address this, BAWAG P.S.K. Leasing worked with White Clarke Group using the CALMS customer acquisition and lease management platform.
White Clarke Group expanded CALMS into a single, hosted solution spanning five countries, four currencies and five languages, supporting over 200 users and the full 65,000+ contract portfolio. The implementation went live quickly and delivered measurable benefits: substantial administrative savings, a single view of operations, and faster monthly reporting and consolidation (reduced from two weeks to just a few days). White Clarke Group’s CALMS, and its fleet module in particular, was credited with improving process efficiency and contributing to higher fleet division profitability.
