Whip Media automated Magenta Telekom’s VOD operations by centralizing contract and content management, streamlining asset ordering, offer management, reporting, and cost calculations, and improving visibility across VOD and SVOD supply chains. The results included faster, more efficient content operations and reduced manual work, with Magenta TV’s VOD service now managed by only 3 people, helping the company handle more deals, payments, and growth with lower risk.
