Goodpatch is an international design company with 190 people across Tokyo, Berlin, and Munich. The vendor, Whimsical, gave them a single tool that everyone could use, helping people map ideas together and share them easily with others who were not part of the original discussion. Goodpatch still uses other design tools for specialized work, but Whimsical now plays a central role in planning and visualizing work before it moves into Keynote and other production tools.
