With Wherewolf, Glacier Raft Company replaced paper forms and clipboards with iPads for registration and waivers, making check-in faster, more intuitive, and less error-prone. The team says the switch cut at least one hour of admin time per day, improved guest flow, and supported paperless operations. Wherewolf also integrated with Mailchimp and TripAdvisor, helping the company follow up with guests and use customer data for more targeted marketing.
