Case Study: Hall Hunter Partnership achieves rapid, accurate insight and a single source of truth with WhereScape

A WhereScape Case Study

Preview of the Hall Hunter Partnership Case Study

Hall Hunter calls on WhereScape to deliver quick, accurate insight from complex data processing

Hall Hunter Partnership, a leading UK fruit grower supplying retailers like Waitrose, Marks & Spencer and Tesco, faced fragmented data across harvest, packing (Packstar), farming (Harvest Manager), field sensors and spreadsheets that made multi-year analysis and fast reporting impossible. To tackle this, Hall Hunter Partnership engaged WhereScape, using WhereScape Data Warehouse automation, to consolidate disparate sources and overcome limits such as only being able to retain 30 days of sensor data.

WhereScape built an automated central data warehouse that standardised SQL scripting, captured data from all sources and retained historical sensor records for years. WhereScape’s solution created a single source of truth, scaled one analyst’s output to the equivalent of four, cut report refresh times from around 20 minutes to seconds, and improved inventory and like‑for‑like crop analysis across HHP’s sites.
