UGC Recognised University, a well-known open university offering distance-learning graduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes, faced major operational challenges from semester pen-and-paper exams held at multiple test centers: result generation was slow, invigilation and paper distribution were cumbersome, and the process incurred significant costs. Wheebox was engaged to replace this model with an online semester examination and assessment service.

Wheebox implemented online semester examinations across BBA, BCom, MBA, MCom, MCA, BCA and other programmes, registering candidates per the university date sheet, enabling tests from anywhere and producing real-time results with easy Excel/PDF downloads. Wheebox supported the university in managing assessments and conducted 9,000+ assessments per semester, streamlining operations, speeding result sharing, and cutting invigilation and printing costs.
