Let’s Learn Together - Customer Case Study

Let’s Learn Together is an affordable coaching initiative founded by civil services aspirants Upal Jyoti Baruah and Daydeep Chetia to help students prepare for competitive exams in regional languages. Their main challenge was creating an effective way for students, mentors, and teachers to communicate and share study materials across different times and locations. They used WhatsApp Business to stay connected with learners and support collaboration.

With WhatsApp Business, Let’s Learn Together was able to share PDFs, videos, audio, pictures, attachments, and short links, while also using features like greetings, away messages, in-app recording, and location sharing. WhatsApp helped them respond faster, improve customer satisfaction, and manage communication more efficiently. As a result, the organization grew from 5 faculty members and 25 students to 30 faculty members and over 600 students, and 65 of the 156 students who took the exam passed.
