Healthylicious, founded by sisters Kiran Harjani and Monica Porwal in Bengaluru, started out making healthy salads from home and quickly grew beyond catering for a few households. As demand increased across multiple locations, they struggled to manage individual orders and coordinate customers efficiently.

To solve this, Healthylicious used WhatsApp to organize customers into location-based groups, share weekly menus with descriptions and images, and communicate with suppliers by sending photos of ingredients needed. WhatsApp helped Healthylicious connect with 200 people without advertising, improve sales, and gather better feedback from customers.
