Fishappy is a bootstrapped fresh fish, seafood, and meat delivery service in the National Capital Region (NCR) that needed an affordable way to market its business and connect with customers. With very limited funds and no budget for traditional advertising, the team looked for a simple front-end communication channel to handle customer interactions.

Using WhatsApp as its main communication and ordering platform, Fishappy sent daily updates on prices, availability, and product photos, while also sharing recipes and educational content. The results were strong: 97% of orders now come through WhatsApp, the customer base grew from 10 to more than 400, and monthly turnover rose to over Rs 4,00,000 (about USD 5,800).
