DYA DHAIRYA is a handbag and accessories brand in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, founded by Rendy Ekaputra. As the business grew, Rendy needed a better way to manage increasing customer inquiries from across Indonesia and nearby Malaysia while keeping engagement consistent and organized.

To solve this, DYA DHAIRYA started using the WhatsApp Business app in June 2018.
