DYA DHAIRYA is a handbag and accessories brand in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, founded by Rendy Ekaputra. As the business grew, Rendy needed a better way to manage increasing customer inquiries from across Indonesia and nearby Malaysia while keeping engagement consistent and organized.
