Artinci, a Bangalore-based clean-label ice cream brand founded by Aarti Laxman Rastogi, needed a reliable way to communicate with customers and manage business operations despite Aarti’s hearing disability and inability to do phone calls. Using WhatsApp Business, Artinci handled customer communication in writing, launched products like a limited-edition jaggery ice cream, and coordinated deliveries more efficiently. WhatsApp helped the brand sell out half of that batch exclusively through the app, while also supporting direct shipping when retail locations ran out of stock. With WhatsApp, Artinci expanded to five locations in Bangalore, grew to a 14-member team, and improved responsiveness and customer trust.
