Agradaya - Customer Case Study

Agradaya, an Indonesian spice business founded by Andhika Mahardika and Asri Saraswati, needed a better way to separate personal and professional communications while managing customer inquiries, orders, and a growing team. Using personal WhatsApp numbers had become inefficient as the company expanded across Indonesia and into Singapore and Myanmar.

By switching to the WhatsApp Business app, Agradaya centralized customer communication on one official number, used labels to track transactions, and set away messages for times when the team was offline. The result was a more organized operating system: about 70% of inquiries now come through WhatsApp, with Shah Aburrojab handling up to 20 product questions and seven orders per day, helping the team spend more time supporting local farmers and growing the business.
