The Select Group (TSG), a technical services firm, needed to transition recruiters to a new Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn) while training 175–200 new hires annually across multiple locations. Traveling employees to headquarters for instructor-led onboarding was costly and slow, and tenured staff needed faster, on-demand access to help so recruiters at all seniority levels could use the system efficiently.
TSG implemented Whatfix’s digital adoption platform—creating in-app Flows, a Self Help menu, pop-ups and beacons, and using analytics to target content gaps—to provide just-in-time guidance and searchable help inside Bullhorn. Over about eight months recruiters used Self Help 41,000 times with an 88.81% successful search rate, accelerating time to competency, reducing reliance on virtual ILT, improving manager coaching, and enabling continued expansion of training across the organization.
