ManpowerGroup, a global workforce solutions leader, needed to quickly and smoothly onboard recruiters to a new Bullhorn applicant tracking system. Traditional classroom training and eLearning left a gap for post-training support — a web page of resources saw low usage and recruiters preferred asking colleagues — so the North American L&D team sought an in-system, moment-of-need solution to reduce support overhead and improve adoption.
They integrated Whatfix’s digital adoption platform into Bullhorn and deployed 119+ step-by-step Flows plus Smart Tips, Beacons, Pop-ups and a personalized searchable Self-Help widget. The result: about 92% of recruiters who used Self-Help resolved their own issues, the dedicated Hypercare helpdesk was closed early due to low call volume, and ManpowerGroup is expanding Whatfix globally as part of its digital training strategy.
