Working with implementation partner Talent Peaks, ManpowerGroup rolled out Whatfix’s multilingual, in-app interactive guidance starting with 200 users and expanding to ~500. Whatfix’s contextual step-by-step tooltips and 24/7 just-in-time self-help reduced manual training effort, accelerated onboarding and employee productivity, lowered support and training costs, and positioned the organization to expand the solution to other apps and locations.
