The results included a 10x increase in provider onboarding scale, 50% higher patient task completion, 100% of clinical team meetings focused on care improvement, and an estimated $71,000 saved in three months from reduced training and content-development time. Whatfix also helped reduce support inquiries and prepare Ableto for its migration to Salesforce Health Cloud.
