ACFS Port Logistics Streamlined User Testing & Training With Whatfix

ACFS Port Logistics, Australia’s largest privately owned container logistics company, needed to support a major migration to a new transportation management system while improving user acceptance testing, training, and change management. With limited training bandwidth and many employees new to enterprise software, ACFS worked with Whatfix to make workflows easier to understand, validate, and use before go-live.

Whatfix embedded step-by-step guidance, video walkthroughs, and a Task List directly into the TMS, while also allowing users to raise Jira tickets from within the workflow and giving ACFS real-time analytics on user friction. The result was faster onboarding, more consistent testing across shifts, and stronger adoption, with measurable impact including 4,263 hours saved, 3,480 issues reported, and $64,573 saved in UAT.
