Its purpose-built publishing platform held a large repository of reports and articles, but customers struggled to find relevant content quickly—hurting self-service adoption and overall user experience—and the CIO identified a need for more in-app guidance to drive platform and feature usage.
Whatfix implemented targeted in-app user journeys using advanced search filter guidance, category explanations, best-practice discovery tips, walkthroughs, embedded PDF tooltips, beacons and self-service widgets. The JS-embed integration was quick, Professional Services helped create user-centric content, and the result was faster content discovery, higher platform adoption and a noticeably improved end-user experience; 451 now plans to expand personalization and curated research guidance.
