Autoridad Portuaria de la Bahía de Algeciras (APBA), which manages the busy Port of Algeciras and Tarifa—a gateway for over five million passengers annually—faced wayfinding challenges across a large site with multiple car parks, terminals, offices and piers. Frequent confusion slowed passenger flow and posed safety risks in an area with heavy machinery and high traffic volumes.
