Monos turned to what3words to help improve its delivery process.

Monos integrated what3words into its ordering and delivery system so customers could share a precise 3 word address from the free what3words app, while drivers used maps.me to navigate to the exact 3m x 3m location. The results were clear: Monos found deliveries using 3 word addresses were 11.2% faster, and over 18 deliveries, drivers using what3words made zero calls for directions compared with 16 calls for street-address deliveries.
