By integrating what3words, Gruntify lets people report any location with a simple 3-word address accurate to 3 m × 3 m; reports feed directly into Gruntify’s backend so crews can find and fix problems faster. The system works offline for remote areas and supports SMS, email and push updates, reducing repeat dispatches and improving resident satisfaction.
