To solve this, SLH added what3words three-word addresses to every listing in its 2018 printed guide (for example, Canaves Oia Hotel: ///refines.windsurf.brie).
Guests can now enter three words into the free what3words app to get precise directions to a hotel’s entrance via their preferred navigation app, and forthcoming integrations (such as Mercedes‑Benz voice navigation) will make this even easier. The result is smoother arrivals, fewer navigation problems, and a more relaxing start to guests’ holidays—improving the customer experience for SLH worldwide.
