Touché Privé, a Turkish womenswear brand, faced a major challenge during the pandemic as shifting consumer behavior and uncertainty made it difficult to understand customer needs and rethink its product mix. Working with WGSN and its consumer behavior, insight, color, and trend reports, the brand refocused on online retail and expanded into homewear and loungewear to stay relevant in modest fashion.
WGSN helped Touché Privé use trend forecasts and the Future Consumer 2020 report to better understand post-pandemic shoppers and adapt across multiple platforms. As a result, Touché Privé doubled its online international sales in 2020, launched its first sustainable collection, and continued building new product lines with stronger insight into customer demand.
