Circle of Live, curated by Sebastian Mullaert, is an educational platform for music workshops, masterclasses, courses, and retreats. When their live event series was cancelled due to COVID, they needed to pivot quickly into online education and reconnect with their audience. WFMA supported the launch of their “In Bloom” programme with strategic consulting, social media ads training, and paid search.

WFMA developed a data-driven rollout plan, helped the team move advertising in-house, and created a brand-search PPC campaign to improve visibility against competing search results. The results were strong: the first In Bloom programme cycle sold out in 14 days, delivered a 2400% ROI, and helped grow the Circle of Live community to 200 members.
