WEX implemented a virtual card solution delivering real-time commercial payment assurance, robust transaction data, immediate authorization transparency and precise merchant/amount controls, and has co-developed custom configurations with Uplift as their business evolved. The WEX platform removed payment complexity, enabling Uplift to expand services and enter new markets with zero additional payments effort and to launch a late-2021 product that lets borrowers apply available credit to online trip-related purchases.
