Liftopia was managing complex, multi‑step application and review workflows with paper and siloed online tools, creating confusion for reviewers and limiting backend access and reporting. They engaged WEX to find a grants‑management solution that supported integrated reporting, two‑step reviews, and role‑based permissions—initially using WEX’s Select platform and later evaluating an upgrade to Zengine.
WEX implemented Select and then migrated Liftopia to Zengine, providing centralized access, side‑by‑side scorecards and applications, clearer tabs/navigation, and more intuitive backend roles and permissions. The change enabled a faster rollout of a new program, reduced reviewer confusion, improved collaboration and email workflows, and won broad staff adoption — demonstrating clear operational improvements under WEX’s solution.
