Boomer Bank uses WEVO to engage younger clients

Boomer Bank used WEVO’s pre-live website testing to better understand how to appeal to Millennial and Gen Z prospects, who were becoming the majority of new checking relationships. While the bank was strong with older, wealthier customers, it needed to improve its website messaging and digital experience to compete with national banks that were resonating more effectively with younger audiences.

Using WEVO, Boomer Bank tested its current checking page against competitor pages from banks such as Bank of America, Capital One, USAA, Citi, and Ally to identify what drove engagement among younger users. WEVO’s insights led to a redesign focused on convenience, mobile and online banking, security, Zelle, and money management tools; the new page performed significantly better with Gen Z and Millennials while still maintaining strong results with older audiences.
