World Urban Games 2019 - Customer Case Study

World Urban Games 2019, powered by GAISF, needed a better way to manage the planning and delivery of its first-ever event in Budapest. With separate spreadsheets for tasks and risks, plus the need to coordinate multiple teams during event operations, the organizers turned to WeTrack for a more streamlined project, risk, and incident management approach.

WeTrack helped move the task and risk trackers into one central system, provided training on the platform, and created an event-time incident management setup for both GAISF and the Local Organising Committee. The result was a single system supporting planning and operations, with 54 risks and issues, 56 incidents raised, and 26 users working in WeTrack throughout the event.
