Special Olympics 2019 needed a way to manage incidents for the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019, a massive international event with thousands of athletes, volunteers, and staff operating across 24 sports and a complex organizational structure. WeTrack provided its Incident Management System, along with training and support, to help the organizing committee handle operations during the Games.

WeTrack configured the system to match the C3 structure, created test data, trained key users in Abu Dhabi, and provided remote live-event support and post-event reporting. The solution ran for 25 days with 50+ users and 242 incident updates, helping the Main Operations Centre improve incident management with live map functionality and fast response from the WeTrack team.
